SMC X Feel Good Gummies
Overview:
Feel Good Gummies is a direct-to-consumer health product company specializing in CBD gummies. Their products combat two common problems that face students: lack of focus and high stress. The client project was led by directors Jack Morse and Lisa Qiu. It was supported by consultants Jessica McDougall, Alyssa Lee, Ariane Guyonnet, Jennifer Dong, Kelly Xu, Megan Fowler, and Robert Lim.
The problem:
As their product launch approached, Feel Good Gummies had two problems: first, they had no brand; second, they had no social media strategy. They sought to build a brand that reflected their target market of undergraduate students. They also wanted to educate prospects about the true nature of CBD, given its link to THC.
The solution:
Smith Marketing Consulting was tasked with building the brand and developing the social media strategy optimized for meaningful engagement. SMC began to compile all existing assets from Feel Good Gummies and immediately began ideating. The product we delivered was a comprehensive brand guide, including logos, font work, colour palettes, brand values, and imagery. We leveraged the brand guide to inform our Instagram and TikTok strategies. From there, we analyzed competitors to contrast our initial thinking to create in-depth social media strategies. These documents contained real content examples, campaign ideas, platform best practices, and implementation timelines. Throughout the project, all consultants were highly engaged. The client was heavily involved and provided actionable feedback for our team to elevate the final product. Feel Good Gummies was ultimately thrilled with the final deliverables and congratulated us on such fantastic work.
