Alex is completing his 2nd year of the commerce program and is a consultant at Smith Marketing Consulting.

This past summer, Alex has been working as an Energy Ambassador for OhmConnect, a San Francisco tech start-up. In this role, Alex worked to bridge the gap between the everyday homeowner’s knowledge, OhmConnect's virtual powerplant business model, and the functions of the energy industry to facilitate excellent user experiences. Additionally, he has also directed email marketing campaigns, designed to collect data and motivate customer engagement in order to further company KPIs.

At Queen's, Alex is a Logistics Coordinator at Queen's Commerce Social Initiative, a club centered around helping disadvantaged communities in Kingston and throughout the world. The club also organizes an annual service trip to provide aid to those in need. Furthermore, Alex is the Treasurer of the Queen's Rotaract Club where he specializes in budgeting and financial modelling for the organization

In his spare time, Alex enjoys learning about Aviation & Automobiles, Formula 1, and Cuisine.
